Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, contributing significantly to the Gross Domestic Product and employment. However, many MSME players face obstacles in the legal aspects of business, especially in drafting business agreements that are safe and profitable. This article aims to provide practical legal education for MSME players in drafting business agreements that can protect their business interests. The research method used is normative juridical with a qualitative approach through the study of legal literature, analysis of laws and regulations, and review of MSME business agreement cases. The results of the analysis show that a good understanding of the elements of the agreement, important clauses, and dispute resolution mechanisms is needed to create a profitable business agreement for MSMEs. This study concludes that systematic and practical legal education can improve the ability of MSME actors to formulate safe business agreements, so as to encourage the growth and sustainability of their businesses.
